With temperatures in the 80’s already and rain in the forecast, Fletcher roadsides will surely be green by May 6, with lots of hidden litter to pick up!

In an effort to get to every mile of roadside in Fletcher, I am looking for three coordinators to manage three sections of town roadways, noted by color on the map found below:

  • ORANGE = Southern Fletcher (Binghamville south to River Road)
  • YELLOW = Northwest Fletcher (Fairfield Road north, including Mayotte and Rugg Roads)
  • BLUE = Northeast Fletcher (all roads that lead to Metcalf Pond, including Cambridge Road).

The primary task of each coordinator is to keep track of volunteers in their area, to encourage complete coverage of all town roads, and to avoid multiple volunteers claiming the same territory!

If you are interested in serving as one of these coordinators, please reach out to me at my contact info below.  I would like to hold a brief meeting for coordinators on Monday, April 24 at 6:30pm at the Town Clerk’s Office.
